Hanford Country Market

History

Hanford Country Market sells fresh sausage, steaks and chops, deli meats/cheeses and salads. Fresh produce (as much local as can be obtained) Fresh subs, pizza, tacos and chicken wings. We offer some dairy products, convenience items, bread, and chips. The Hanford Market has been around in some form for over 30 years. It started as a produce market and later added a deli with subs. After changing owners in 2012 it operated as a deli/beer/can redemption market until it closed in 2015. The current owner had operated a pizzeria 30 years ago and after 25 years with The Buffalo News, decided that now was the time to quit his job and bring the market back to its original fresh produce roots. It's been renovated just this past Christmas 2020, and the inside has added deep fryers, pizza ovens and new deli cases. The other owner, his brother, had run the Hanford Market from 2012 until his partner's passing in 2015. He makes all the sausage and cuts and the fresh meats in house every week.

Specialties

We make our dough from scratch fresh daily, and make delicious pizzas of various kinds. We have specialty pizzas everyday of the week, Monday-Sunday for individual slices. Our sausages and cuts of meat are made in house, as well as the pastas and salads. Our subs are made to order and we have various specialty subs. We will update this page with our menu as soon as our website is up and running. Our produce is locally bought and we make sure to keep everything fresh!
