I thought I should write an update: I have been coming here for years now and this is still my favorite sushi place :) I like Hana Sushi because the chef is very conscientious about the products...

I am so happy this restaurant exists in red hook, it's the real deal. Better sushi than most places in Los Angeles or NYC, this is clearly a restaurant that makes their food with care, perfection...

Excellent food. Soup is made with talent. Sushi was fresh and great temp. Only complaint I wish they were open for lunch. Will return many times.
