This cart is across the street (on 86th street parked in front of Chase Bank) from the more popular and well-reviewed Middle Eastern halal cart. In my opinion these guys have better tasting food....

So good. Quick and cheap. Good was delicious. There are benches right next to the stand so it makes it very convenient.
