Got chicken over rice but apparently the worker thought I wasn't hungry because he put barely any chicken.. and the little he put in is mediocre at best... Sad how most of these carts suck.

I love this typical street cart! It is quick, cheap, and so tasty, something we don't have in LA. Halal carts are so New York to me that I always get a halal cart chicken over rice late at night...
