Hairstyling by Joseph was started by Joseph Plaskett Sr. in 1961 on the Lower East side of Manhattan. The business moved to the Upper East side of Manhattan on 60th street in 1974, and spent 38 years at that location. We now have a new home since July 2012 on East 39th street in Midtown.
