Sorry to say this.. just because ONE stylist is not at their peak performance, doesn't mean the salon as a whole is crap. Joann and Becca are amazing stylist!

My girlfriend went there for a haircut, her german is not great and they took advantage of that, overcharge her and they cut her hair like some countryside dog, totally unprofesional
