The staff is lovely. The skills are lacking. I walked out, $367 later, with gray roots and a bad highlight job. They don't know what to do with blondes. The cutting skills are mediocre at best.

I love going to Guy Thomas hair salon. Everytime I go i get amazing haircuts! The ladies that work there are very talented.
