The office manager and staff have a horrible bed-side manner. Very rude, off-putting and snarky. I would never send my child here. It's unfortunate they do not know how to deliver a pleasant...

Waiting time for a simple vaccine is 30 minutes, while you watch the nurses sip coffee. And that is with an empty waiting room. Nobody knows what they are doing. Very bad place.
