The Mommy always shopped at Gristedes on the UES, after the tiny A&P on Madison closed, generally eschewing the Food Emporium for reasons unknown. Probably because it was huge. And farther east....

i love this location. recently renovated and super clean and good. darnell (checkout person) is always sooo friendly and warm and a pleasure to deal with. this gristedes location is fantastic....
