Cute little beach for town residents. Nice seeing the boats on the lake. Definitely not the Jersey shore but it's also not 2 hours away. Seems like families with young kids like it here a little

Looks very nice and clean but contrary to other reviews, it is not open to anyone who lives outside of greenwood lake or Warwick. I live 10 minutes from this beach and was not let in.
