A cute and solid neighborhood coffee shop! Stopped by several times already and their lattes have been pretty consistent! Good ratio of coffee and milk. I also do like their seasonal items...

The chai is watery, lacking sugar and spice no pun intended lmao. The decor looks like a tech space. The service is decent.
