very nice place. u need to be a resident of great neck or pay a little extra to enter. they have a huge pool area, tennis courts and garden. the food over here is great and price is reasonable....

Yea the place is nice but the instructor sucks. We paid $150 for 5 lessons of tennis and now we understand why. The instructor was an elderly guy named Ali. He's the worst teacher I've ever had....

The staff that work at the Great Neck House is unfriendly and unhelpful. I called beforehand to make sure what documents are needed if any and the lady that answered the phone gave me the wrong...
