Frank took the time to craft a great haircut and the other staff on hand also show great personality and sincerity. Great Clips in Cheektowaga offered a can't-miss $8.99 haircut coupon as well....

I was there twice... first time I had a guy who did a great job, but the next time I got someone else and it wasn't as great, it was just fair.
