Grandma's Secrets

History

When I was a young girl, I used to sit in my Grandma's kitchen and listen to her hum Gospel music as she baked. As I smelled the yeast in the rising breads, and the cinnamon and butter in the pies, I would be filled with a warm feeling of peace, contentment and love. I began baking when at the age of 8, using these same recipes, and in 1994 I began this business, New Yorks only dessert delivery company, at the urging of friends, with just $10 and 9 pies. I parlayed those humble beginnnings into a national and international clientele, making creations for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Heavy D, Joan Rivers, Steve Harvey, Luther VanDross, BB King, Geraldo Rivera, Mary Louise Parker, Louie Vega and Freddy Hubbard, to name a few.

A Food Network winner, we create works of art from sugar. We hand deliver our creations, Metro Area NYC delivery. We also offer dietary alternatives, such as vegan, organic, diabetic and gluten-free.
