Grace Depot House Vacation Rental

History

We purchased the Grace Depot House (formerly known as the Grace Depot Bed and Breakfast) in December of 2008. We live downstate in Westchester County, but wanted a vacation home near Doug's family. Located at 5065 Grace Ave in Great Valley, NY, the house is just 4 miles south of the highly rated Holiday Valley resort. As soon as you enter our home, you will fall in love with the grace and charm of its custom built Craftsman style. There are pocket doors, leaded windows, a spindled stair case and a wrap around porch. With 2400 square feet of living space, the house is ideal for birthday parties, showers, or family gatherings. The back and side yards are spacious enough for outdoor games or even practicing your chip shots with your nine iron. The Western NY region with its Appalachian foothills and lake effect snow is ideally suited for skiing. But the area abounds with other attractions that make this scenic country town a great place for your special event or vacation anytime.
