I just waited 20 minutes for a gluten free bagel paid 21 dollars for a bagel with lox and there is nothing on the bagel - no cream cheese, no lox and it wasn't toasted. What did I wait for?

I have gotten BEC sandwich from here many times and loved it. Today I got soggy uncooked bacon. Barely any egg or cheese and a dry and barely toasted bagel, without the butter I'd requested. .
