At GM Choi's DO Center we provide quality and original Korean martial arts and self defense curriculum. Daily classes include strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance training, as well as sports science, health, nutrition, and leadership training. About TaeKwon Do & HapKi Do TaeKwondo is known for its emphasis on high kicking and fast hand techniques. TaeKwondo develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina. HapKi Do is a dynamic and highly eclectic Korean martial art that employs joint locks, grappling and throwing techniques, as well as kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. Together, TaeKwonDo & HapKiDo emphasize the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
