West Endicott Park Carousel
The West Endicott Park Carousel is a historic carousel located in Endicott, Broome County, New York. It was purchased in 1929 and is housed in a charming wooden pavilion. The carousel features 36 figures, including 34 horses, one pig, and one dog, all of which are jumpers, as well as two chariots. Constructed by the Allan Herschell Company, it is one of six carousels generously donated to the citizens of Broome County by George F. Johnson, the president of Endicott Johnson Corporation. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1992, the West Endicott Park Carousel holds significant historical value. It is a beloved attraction in the Greater Binghamton Region, along with other carousels in the area, and offers visitors a delightful experience of riding on beautifully crafted carousel figures in a nostalgic setting.Generated from the website
