Slow to respond. Needed an aid right away but took them two weeks to find someone. Din't show up when arranged. Certainly not a self-starter. Stick with Visiting Nurse!

I agree with all the bad reviews. they don't call for days after I left my phone and asked for my contact to call me. It took 2 days to get a call and then could not help me. Terrible company....

Negative 5 stars. Worst company ever. Complete incompetence and unprofessionalism. The nurse and the whole staff speak with a Russian accent which is fine as my family are immigrants as well but...

Horrible service make sure you stay away from them, extremely rude and unproffesional.
