My priority is to Educate you on pharmaceutical, non pharmaceutical and lifestyle modification to maximize your wellness. You will become Empowered to prioritize self care unaplogetically, and optimize your health. My experienc begins over 28 years; first as a Registerd Nurse working in community/public health caring for women and children. During that time along with my two collegues we founded a not for profit, Casa de Esperanza para Mujeres y Ninos, Inc. Providing supportive services for women and children impacted by HIV, Homelessness, Intimate Partner Violence, and Mental Health/Addiction.
