Meet Ghada. My mother, my mentor and one incredible woman! She is the motivation behind Ghada Have It. Every recipe I use on the Mediterranean part of the menu are all family recipes passed on from generation to generation. My mom learned from my Teta (grandma) and my Teta learned from her mom and so on and so forth. For years, I have been learning these recipes in the kitchen with my mom until I memorized them. She is my rock and I am so happy to have this restaurant to pay tribute to my heritage, share my culture with the community and honor my mother. After all, what's "Ghada Have It" without Ghada!
