Dr Tung is a good Ophthalmologist. Office staff is very nice. The only downside is because there are in Great Neck only 3 days a week sometimes the wait to see the Dr. is a little long.

Dr. Jay Fleischman began his career as a systems analyst and programmer at NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York while earning his degrees in applied mathematics, computer engineering, and medicine from Columbia University. Among his many inventions, the laser endophotocoagulator has become an essential tool and a global standard of care for advanced surgical retina cases.As an expert in diabetes treatment and its complications, particularly diabetic retinopathy, Dr. Fleischman participated as an investigator in the Diabetes Control and Complications Trial (DCCT), a pivotal study by the US National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. He has consulted for various companies, including HGM, Alcon, and Mentor, and has served as an advisor for Dauphin Capital Management, NGN Capital Management, and Pfizer. Currently, he is a healthcare advisor to CRT Capital.
