George Fischer Middle School

George Fischer Middle School, located in Carmel, N.Y., is a public school that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades five through eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,550 students and offers subjects, such as language arts, math, social studies, science, music, art, and health and physical education. It also offers a variety of sports activities, including cross country, field hockey, volleyball, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, ice hockey, wrestling, baseball, softball, golf, gymnastics and tennis. The school additionally offers students various clubs and activities, such as academic triathlon and art, dance, drama and math clubs. George Fischer Middle School is a part of the Carmel Central School District.
