History

Genesee Pilates started as a branch of Genesee Dance Theatre, offering movement classes to adults wanting to live with more mobility and joy without having to step into a dance class! Over the past five years, we've helped clients from ages 8 to 85 feel better in their bodies with the Pilates method, yoga practices and barre fitness.

Specialties

Our studio specializes in helping everyday people move better and feel better. We are the only area studio offering Pilates using apparatuses like the Reformer and Tower, that offer both resistance and assistance for exercise. With affordable classes, personalized instruction and a welcoming environment, we make your workout something you will look forward to!
