I have been working with GPM for 27 years. As long as your rent is paid on time, there are ZERO issues with the management company. They have never "lost a check" on me.

Horrible in every way; they lose checks, do not return calls or answer emails and engage in unethical and shady business practices with unlicensed "real estate brokers"
