What a horrible experience. I can go scorched earth on what a poop show this place is as far as customer service is concerned. Or the hidden tricks they pull. But all I'll say is STAY FAR FAR...

They don't lend per dwt for 14_k gold as much as Modell ,, im curious at price of gold $102_ how much does GEM claim to lend per DWT on fine 14k italy Gold ???
