Gayle Morris, M.S.,CCC, has been a licensed speech-language pathologist for approximately 25 years in the hospital and university settings. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her Master’s Degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. Ms. Morris specializes in stuttering, voice disorders, accent reduction, motor programming dysfunction (developmental apraxia), and language disorders in both Pediatric and Adult populations. She was the former Assistant Director of Speech Pathology at Manhattan, Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. Ms. Morris has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York Medical College and The Actors Studio School of Dramatic Arts. She has also been a guest lecturer at many state and local forums. Ms. Morris is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the New York State Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Her pediatric internship and residency training were completed at NewYork Presbyterian - Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center, where she served an additional year as Chief Resident. Dr. Vitberg went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at NewYork Presbyterian - Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center in 2014.Dr. Vitberg has presented her research at numerous scientific conferences throughout the United States. She is a dedicated teacher and has taught in numerous capacities for the Departments of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine and the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Dr. Vitberg has volunteered in Uganda as a health education instructor while seeing patients in Mulago Hospital in Kampala, Uganda. She has also spent time in the emergency room setting in Jerusalem, Israel. Dr. Vitberg plays the cello in both the Cornell Music and Medicine Orchestra and the Columbia University Medical Center Symphony Orchestra.
