I brought a pair of shoes in for repair. Was promised pick up six days later on a Friday. Work still had not been done by Saturday. I took the shoes back and will bring them somewhere else.

Fixed the broken zipper on my winter coat on schedule and perfectly. Nice local institution. Good shoe shine service also.
