The staff and options at this location are terrible. They are never stocked, rude and unhelpful. How are they still open?

Went to trade a Game in and the employees there refused my trade in due to me being African American and having street wear on this was on March 6th 2020 at 6 pm

The store says they are open till 9pm I went at 8:20pm and they had the door locked and the guy said they were closed

People that currently work here are close to useless. They'll never answer your call and when you go to the store it's never busy and they're just standing around
