They will literally take a used game and put it in a case that says "NEW" because it was their last copy and try to sell it to you as NEW! Scam artists! Sad part was it was the assistant...

When I went in, it was very close to Christmas so they were understandably business, but I'm used to GameStop employees being a little more helpful. It was probably just because of the holiday...
