GallopNYC Forest Hills is a non-profit organization dedicated to using therapeutic horsemanship to help individuals with disabilities in New York City. Their programs provide measurable benefits for people with developmental, emotional, social, and physical challenges, empowering them to live more independently and productively.
Through weekly riding sessions with PATH Intl certified therapeutic riding instructors, GallopNYC helps riders develop new skills, improve fine motor control, enhance verbal communication, and gain core strength. Volunteers have the opportunity to work with horses and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults facing various challenges.
