HistoryMahala Lactation and Perinatal Services, LLC, is owned by Elizabeth (Beth) Myler, BS, BSN, RN, IBCLC. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a New Jersey licensed Registered Nurse (RN), with a bachelor of science degree in reproductive psychology from Tulane University and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where she was the William Randolph Hearst Foundation Scholar and a United States Peace Corps Fellow. In May 2010, the lactation consultation practice was begun in Hackettstown, New Jersey, as a limited liability corporation (LLC). Excellent lactation consultants who share our practice philosophies and expertise have also joined our practice, expanding our coverage to Northwest and Central New Jersey, Northeast New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania.SpecialtiesWe are experienced, expert, professional, and caring lactation consultants offering comprehensive, expert home and office visit consultations in Northwest and Central New Jersey, Northeastern New Jersey, and Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
