Friendly Home

Operational for more than 100 years, Friendly Home is one of the leading adult care centers in the United States. Formerly known as Rochester Society for the Relief of Friendless and Homeless Females, the center serves more than 5,000 senior citizens annually. Based in Rochester, N.Y., its affiliates include Linden Knoll, Cloverwood and Glenmere. Friendly Home offers a wide variety of services, such as 24-hour skilled nursing care, physician services, personal care, language, speech, respiratory, occupational and physical therapies, diet counseling, social work and pharmacy services, and dentistry solutions. Its transitional care center provides orthopedic, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, intravenous therapy, joint replacement and post-surgical recovery, nutritional services, and recreation activities. Additionally, it offers Alzheimer's disease and related dementia care, hospice solutions, pastoral care and home health aides.
