HORRIBLE customer service. Simply horrible. Imagine calling someone who has just attended a funeral of a friend and making one excuse after another for not returning a phone call 24 hours...

Day EIGHT, and the only thing I've done is a daily change of the water and throw out one flower whose stem broke as I was pouring the old water out. They still look amazing, I'm very impressed!
