"As part of the Frenchette family, Frenchette Bakery brings its artisanal approach to NYC's vibrant Meatpacking District. Located within the Whitney Museum of American Art, this 56-seat cafe is celebrated for its use of ancient and heirloom grains, and crafting exceptional breads, pastries, and viennoiseries. Beyond baked goods, the menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. Set within one of NYC's most iconic cultural spaces, Frenchette Bakery combines culinary mastery with artistic inspiration. Praised by Grubstreet, Infatuation NYC, Eater, and the New York Times, it's been described as "the right kind of museum cafe" and "a destination as much as the art."
