An artisanal distillery dedicated to making hand-crafted whiskies in small batches using only locally grown grains including corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. Our crew carries out the entire process of mashing, distilling, aging and bottling by hand. They use a double-distillation technique for their spirits.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The owner was incredibly gracious and kind. The atmosphere was nice and the whiskey was smooth. Definitely recommend for a tasting!

Have have passed for years, but finally stopped. My only problem...why haven't I stopped sooner!!!! Great whiskey and friendly hosts!! The history lesson was a bonus!!
