Absolutely horrible customer service at all of their shops. Do not try to order anything within fifteen minutes of closing-you'll be told the machine has been shut down.

Went on a Friday afternoon. Loved the ambiance of this quaint coffee shop. Will definitely be back. We sat outside and for a moment we felt like we were in a different town. Great escape.

Butterscotch iced coffee was good and sweet. I loved the inside and outside parts of the cafe. Staff was very friendly
