Good doctor and pleasant staff, however, wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Sitting in doctor's office now, waiting 2 hours. If it wasn't for my son needing this procedure, I'd have left long ago.

Procedure went well but wait time is beyond ridiculous. Both visits over 2 hour wait. They over schedule. People keep coming in and just sit. And once they call you, you just sit more in a room....

Doctor Freedman is excellent doctor ! this complaint has to do with his staff Roya who is very disrespectful and rude. I called to make an appointment and was put on hold for a 5-10 mins I called...

I went to Dr Freedman for a severe lacerated ring finger in my right hand. This happened when I was hit by a pitched baseball trying to bunt. The tip of the finger looked like a crushed grape....
