I've only been to three different nursing homes in the flushing area. And so far Franklin is the better of the worse. It is outdated but this is the closest better one, NOT the best or that great...

no this place killed my mom!!!!!!!!!!!! they are under staffed and the staff does not notify you when your parents are not doing well...they are murderers in my experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This facility is the WORST I hope anyone who see this comment to avoid them. PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! I have called them multiple times and I have only speak to one staff that is nice....
