Fit Pregnancy Club believes that new mothers and moms-to-be should be training differently. Our workouts are OB-GYN approved, pre/postnatal safe, vigorous, and place an emphasis on strengthening and protecting your core and pelvic floor. Our goal is that every woman can easily meet the physical demands of motherhood and make a complete postpartum recovery while building a strong community and support system. We're here to empower your mind and body for pregnancy, labor, delivery and beyond.
