The Fox N Hare uses in-house food preparation and locally sourced produce to craft a fresh, holistic menu. We are farm inspired and what we cannot buy locally, we prepare freshly on-site. One of our many food initiatives is to significantly reduce the amount of preservatives that occur in our food. Many modern meals are over-salted to account for extended shelf-lives and to overcompensate for poor food quality.
