Foodtown is a supermarket cooperative in the United States. The company operates more than 30 stores in New York, over 20 stores in New Jersey and nearly five stores in Pennsylvania. Each Foodtown store is independently owned and operated, either by an individual person or a company that owns several stores, thus making it a cooperative. The company offers a discount card under the S&H Greenpoints program, which offers 10 Greenpoints for each dollar spent. The customers can use these points to buy things and get discounts in its stores.
