I have been in the fitness industry all my life and have lots of experience and have two certifications in personal training and a Bachelor and Master's degree in the Healthcare field so you will be in good hands training with me. I specialize in: Weight loss and my clients have lost as much weight as 130 lbs in 10 months! I also specialize in Muscle building, Nutrition, Spine/Knee rehab and overall Health and Fitness. If you have a lower or upper spine problem, herniated discs, pinched nerve, bad knee arthritis, obesity or other chronic conditions My rates as follows: $60 per one hour session. $100 for two session.
