History

Foilz Salon was established with the goal of creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere which would allow creativity to flourish. After 5 1/2 years at our first location on 72nd Street and 3rd Avenue, we felt the need for a more elegant and comfortable space. We moved to our current location at 9318-3rd Avenue in 1994 where our clients could have a warm and welcoming experience. With that goal in mind, we created our decor using soft, warm colors and real wooden furniture. The result is very inviting. From the day we first opened our door Foilz has been the Gold Standard for all hair care services. We upheld this high standard over the years with in-house training, professionally held seminars and by using products of the highest quality. For 25 years we have enjoyed being a part of Bay Ridge and have felt strongly about giving back to this wonderful community. We have done so by donating services to local schools and to the fund raisers of various worthy organizations.
