If at JFK this is the best bagel place. The surroundings are beautiful and it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of JFK.

Water was $15 the 2 drinks $82 Dirty and run down horrible customer service They have captive guests you can't get your money back after booking even after telling management about your nightmare...

Why have a pre order & pick up option if it's non functional? Went to pick up a pre paid order & was told the owner doesn't have the system set up to notify the staff but my name & order showed up...
