Definitely not easy to work with. Not customer friendly and won't considering using them in the future. If you are going to own a flower shop within a short distance to the hospital make yourself...

My bouquet was so exactly what I wanted, I told my husband that it if I could have my bouquet every year? That would be the very, most, bestest thing. Pesha delivers. Every year.

Very poor customer service. Called three times and left messages with store personnel regarding an order. No response from Pesha. Would not recommend.
