Flour & Salt Cafe moved to 37 Lebanon Street in Hamilton in the Spring of 2022. We serve breakfast, lunch, pastries, and a full espresso bar. In our new location, we now have plenty of seating for diners! Our production kitchen and bakery, where we make all of our breads and pastries, is around the corner at our old location, at 7 Maple Avenue.

Food's great. Bagel's are pretty good for central NY. Get there early. The coffee drinks are also worth the wait.
