We started as 3 NYC sales agents with a combined experience of 20+ years looking to branch off on our own. We were looking for a way to collaborate as much as possible to help other agents earn more with less stress while giving clients more of the attention they deserve. Even as top former Nooklyn agents, we were not thriving while attempting to apply this concept in the standard cut-throat work environment for a Brooklyn rental agent. So here we are. The name Flight of Fancy comes from being told by so many that a cooperative of real estate agents could never work and that we are crazy dreamers. We disagree.

Our specialty is Brooklyn rentals. If you seek that special no-fee space, we can provide the service of showing you around until we find it. As individuals, we are well known in the community of landlords so If they're willing to give a deal, we can get it for you. You don't have to send out 100 emails and texts to find your next BK home. If you're an agent we've got your back. We are all about sharing and collaboration. We have the tools and knowledge to succeed in our market, as well as philosophy and planning for a sustainable future.
