After personal training for 4 years, Fit4Beach founder Dan Capizzuto decided in 2017 to start a movement that targeted what everyone wants.....to be fit for the beach. Training clients 1-1 near the beach, Dan wanted to expand this movement to a group setting as well as online to impact those that are not near a beach on a normal basis. Thus Fit4Beach was born. The '4' in Fit4Beach not only stands for 'for' (instead of 'FitforBeach' which doesn't look as appealing) but the '4' also stands for the 4 Strategies of Fit4Beach to get healthier and fitter which are Mindset, Nutrition/Diet, Sleep, and Workouts. When 1 of these 4 is missing from the equation, it is practically impossible to get to your desired goal. Fit4Beach Fitness now encompasses group fitness classes, 1-1 personal training, and online coaching through workouts, nutrition, and life. Future plans are to stream live classes and individual workouts from the beach in Long Beach, NY and other locations around the world.
