Finger Lakes Library System

The Finger Lakes Library System is a cooperative library system serving public libraries in Cayuga, Cortland, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties in New York. With 33 member libraries, the system operates under a state-approved plan of service and is governed by an eleven-member Board of Trustees.
